The image depicts a female figure as the protagonist, an artist who levitates thanks to using spray paints as propulsion. An example of the empowerment of urban artists and a way of claiming their space in this discipline, the figure is located in a colourful, dreamlike setting that symbolises the diverse and dynamic neighbourhood of A Almáciga.
Although she experimented with drawing as a child and began receiving artistic training in her adolescence, it was in 2006 that she came across graffiti and urban art. Years later, and following her experience painting in the street, she decided to study Illustration at the Pablo Picasso School of Art and Design in A Coruña. In recent years she has participated in many renowned urban art festivals both inside and outside Galicia. She has always liked to express herself with images, using pencils and paints to tell her stories or depict the characters that cohabit in her imagery. Her palette always features saturated and vibrant colours, which go hand in hand with spray paints, brushes, and rollers to form these female figures and animals easy to recognize by their style and by their gaze. She currently works as a freelance illustrator, art educator, and mural artist.
