Back in the almond-shaped old town, the Mercado de Abastos (food market), especially in the early morning, is alive with activity and provides moments, people and countless gastronomic delicacies for photographing in detail. Among the green of turnip tops and peppers, the orange of spider crabs and the blue of lobsters, the result is pictures that you can almost smell.
