At the Post Office, located near the Cathedral, you can send letters, parcels, telegrams and money all over the world. Postage stamps are also sold in so-called “estancos” (tobacconist's shops), identified by a “T”. The most common postal rates are:
€ 0.28 for letters and postcards within Spain
€ 0.53 for letters and postcards within Europe
€ 0.78 for letters and postcards to the rest of the world.
