This is an exhibition that gathers sound materials from the collections of the recovery, cataloging, and digitization project of the Oral Heritage Archive of the Identity of the Museo do Pobo Galego, as well as graphic and documentary archives, in addition to pieces from our own collection or lent by individuals for the occasion.
Taking the transmission chain of this tradition as a guiding thread, the exhibition explores our recent history, analyzing with a gender perspective the forms, spaces, times, and people who have brought this valuable intangible heritage to us.
The opening event will be free to attend and will feature a musical performance by Rosario and Carme das Marías, mother and daughter, cantareiras from Raigañas.
The Festa do Banquete de Conxo will count on the tourist train, which will be available to citizens and visitors for free transfers between the Alameda, in the city centre, and the neighbourhood of Conxo.
NoitiNHas 2026 returns for its ninth edition, bringing live music and gastronomic experiences to Santiago’s nights. Held at NH Collection Santiago, the series combines open-air concerts, DJ sessions, and tapas from guest restaurants, creating a complete experience around music and flavour.
