Four decades after Castelao's reburial, different ‘ollos de vidro’ come together in this gathering to analyse Castelao's political and aesthetic thought. On the one hand, the glass of Tareixa Navaza through the television cameras that broadcast the reburial ceremony, on the other hand the glass through which Xan Carballa took his photographs of that same 28 June 1984, and finally the glass of the computer screen of the researcher Jorge Linheira. These looking glasses are joined by the artistic X-rays of the exhibition curated by Germán Labrador with the accompaniment of María Bella. And so, in this gathering - moderated by Branca Novoneyra - we will remember not only the institutional and political disputes to see, make see and hide Castelao's skeleton, but also the ways in which we relate today with the different returns of his ghost.
