Two characters, two paths, two perspectives: those of Afonso Daniel Rodríguez Castelao and Boris Savelev. The stage proposal Converging Gazes, by Oístes? Teatro in co-production with Teatro En Punto, presents an immersive work, created specifically for the second floor of the Museo Centro Gaiás, which currently hosts the exhibitions Castelao. Mirar por Galicia and Boris Savelev. Viewfinder, a way of looking.

Two bodies, a walk, and a museum space transformed into a living stage, where the audience moves freely and is immersed in a dramatic action unfolding in parallel and simultaneously at different points in the room. With a cast composed of Tyler McKechnie and Gloria Rico, this semi-improvised piece draws inspiration from the lives and works of Castelao and Savelev, which are closer than they might seem thanks to their timeless and universal strokes.

A proposal where movement and active audience participation, as well as the contrast between light and darkness—both real and metaphorical—play a leading role in a piece that seeks to go beyond traditional museum dissemination schemes, bringing the exhibition content to life by integrating theater and museum in a non-conventional format.
