Fifty establishments in Santiago will offer Caldo de Gloria this weekend, as part of Rosalía's Day activities.

One more year, the hospitality industry in Compostela, through the association Hostalaria.gal, joins the Council and the Rosalía de Castro Foundation to pay tribute to our most universal writer.

This initiative, inspired by the poem "Miña casiña, meu lar", will allow neighbors and visitors to try this humble broth in more than 45 places in the city.
