Leticia Rey
Leticia Rey is a Galician singer and songwriter, originally from Vila de Cruces and currently based in A Coruña, known for her unique style and undefined genre. With classical technique as her foundation, her music blends jazz, pop, psychedelia, and folk in a fluid way, offering a synesthetic experience that creates a distinctive sensory universe.
Born from the transformation of suffering, Danza Luz emerges — an EP entirely in Galician that revolves around a concept as overused as it is fascinating throughout the history of art: the Shadow. To bring the Shadow to the stage, music alone is not enough. Leticia knows this, and surrounded by a team of sublime artists, she is finalizing the details of a performative live show that combines her songs with dance, costume design, scenography, and lighting. High-quality craftsmanship, heart, and the synergy among local creators and collaborators are the driving force of the project, elevating the Shadow to another plane. A live heartbeat.

The “Xenerais da Ulla” is the most outstanding feature of the Ulla region’s traditional Carnival. It has been held in the surroundings of Santiago since the first half of the 19th century: the “Xenerais” (generals) ride on horseback, dressed in colourful military garments similar to those of that time, but they also include purely carnivalesque adornments, which the horses also wear.
The natural region of a Ulla features an original rural carnival, whose record goes back to the mid-19th century.
