John Primer
John Primer is one of the living legends of the authentic 'real deal blues sound' of Chicago. The young John started playing on the street for a few coins, although he soon joined bands of such renowned artists as Junior Wells, Willie Dixon, Muddy Waters or Magic Slim, later going on to lead his own band, The Real Deal Blues Band, which is currently formed by Steve Bell (Carey's son) on harmonica, Dave Forte on bass and Lenny Media on drums.
