AC. O Galo of Santiago is organizing next Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, the third of six cultural walks included in the cycle "Santiago 1923-1936".
On this occasion, under the title "Spaces for the Generation and Dissemination of Culture", participants will have the opportunity to discover and learn about places linked to the city’s cultural life—spaces where both prominent figures and ordinary people “created culture”, as well as those from which it was spread and enjoyed, with a special focus on the interiors of the Teatro Principal. The meeting point will be at Concepción Arenal Street nº 10, at 6:00 p.m., and the explanations will be given by Xesús Amado and Antonia Pérez. Prior registration is required by email at comunicacion@ogalo.gal before Tuesday, September 23rd at 12:00 p.m.

We’re celebrating the 90th anniversary of Capitol in style, a venue that opened in 1935 as a modern cinema and has become one of the country’s most iconic concert halls. Culture, music, and fun come together in this big celebration as we look forward to the next 100 years.
From Friday, 28 November, to Sunday, 5 January, visitors can enjoy the impressive Nativity scene created and installed by the craftsman José Uzal: more than 500 figures make up this display, which includes various scenes, moving pieces, and special lighting and sound effects.
