On Saturday 30 September, we will resume the activity "A vueltas con el baile" to reflect on the sense of community in the spaces and practices in which it is developed.
Programme:
10h30-11h30. Report. Caring for intangible heritage. Rethinking traditional music and dance as common goods. With Xulia Feixoo.
11h45-12h45. Talk. Around the collective intangible cultural heritage. Journey to a BIC declaration. With Beatriz Busto Miramontes.
13h-14h. Round table. Fiesta, ruada, serán.. The meeting of the community through dance. With Adrián Méndez for the Festival of A Fonsagrada, Chus Caramés for the Meetings of traditional music of Carbonero (Silleda) and Lucinda Barcia and Monserrat Alvariño Barcia for the Serán de los Enamorados (Toutón, Mondariz).
14h-20h. PARTY. In the garden of the south wing of the Museum and with the-organised with the AVV A Xuntanza and the group of the Fiestas del Barrio de S. Pedro.
It will be a pilgrimage format, so we invite you to bring lunch and your ecovasos, as there will be a bar for drinks. The party will be opened by the group Canta madeira from the neighbourhood of San Pedro.
