The Museum of Magic of Galicia is a pioneering space conceived to preserve, disseminate, and celebrate Galician magical heritage through a journey full of stories, objects, and illusions. Directed by cultural manager Eloy Fernández, the museum aims to become the great reference point for illusionism in Galicia and a cultural driving force for Compostela.
This project, driven by passion and commitment to culture, collects the legacy of master Kiko Pastur and is transformed into a reference center for magic in Galicia. Beyond the spectacle, the museum proposes a deep look at illusionism as an artistic discipline, cultural heritage, and educational tool that will connect Galician tradition, pieces of historical value, interactive experiences, workshops, shows, and activities for all audiences.
Among the most striking elements of the permanent exhibition, the great aquarium of the magician Antón, a living legend of Galician magic, stands out. Over the years, stories of strange accidents and incidents have been woven around this aquarium, making it one of the most surprising objects for visiting public.
Guided tours and close-up magic.
The Museum of Magic of Galicia is structured around guided tours where Eloy Fernández himself and other Galician magicians will share curiosities, anecdotes, and short stories from the history of Galician and international magic. These visits will be combined with close-up magic, performed just a few centimeters from the spectator, turning each tour into a unique experience.
The programming is completed with a School of Magic for all ages, educational activities, talks and conferences, in addition to specific meetings for the illusionist community.
