Tomás Porteiro, a composer from Santiago de Compostela and a member of bands such as Sinestesia and Néboa, is releasing two new singles that will be part of his upcoming work.
In 2021, he began his solo journey with the release of his project Material Disperso 2018 - 2021, a compilation of demos and scattered recordings that eventually came together to form an album. His music moves between pop and American folk, increasingly revealing his love for genres such as bolero, milonga, and Argentine zamba.
For this adventure, he is joined in concerts by José Zas on clarinet and Carlos Gil on double bass, two seasoned musicians from Santiago who form the musical trio.
On other occasions, his songs are performed in a more acoustic, intimate, and minimalist live format. His first work was very well received, earning him two nominations at the Premios Galegos Martín Códax da Música in the category of Best Singer-Songwriter Project.
