Carlos Blanco and Xosé A. Touriñán bring one of the most successful projects in Galician theatre in recent decades to a close with a new show that will tour across Galicia in 2025.
There’s just over an hour left until the end of the world. In Galicia, a spaceship called Arteixo II is about to take off with a few chosen ones on board, heading to a planet where they will begin a new life. The ship’s captains, Carlos Blanco and Touriñán, are in charge of making sure the evacuation is a success—and of loading this Galician Noah’s Ark with our most treasured human, material, and intangible heritage—so that the new land we migrate to will still be criminally Galician.
