Sinaladas: a loita das mulleres no século XX, cen anos de conquistas e represións presents a global view of the memory of Galician women throughout the past century.
The exhibition, on display at Carreira do Conde until August 10, is divided into thirteen panels that shed light on women and the movements they took part in — from agrarian revolts and education during the Second Republic to Francoist repression, exile, resistance, and the fight for democracy.
Sinaladas, organized by the Deputación da Coruña as a travelling exhibition, stands as an example of active memory, aiming to highlight their lives, paths, and struggles.
