Surprise programme
On Thursday, May 19, the Auditorio de Galicia will host the season launch concert of the Real Filharmonía de Galicia. A special event, conducted by Baldur Brönnimann and featuring Nadia Vázquez on bagpipes, in which the orchestra will offer a preview of its upcoming season and the musical highlights of the months ahead.
Access
Subscribers will have their usual seats reserved and only need to show their subscription card to enter. For all other attendees, admission is free with a ticket (maximum 2 per person). Tickets will be available from Tuesday, June 3 on the Compostela Cultura website and at the Zona C ticket office. If any seats remain, tickets may also be collected at the Auditorio ticket office on the day of the concert from 7:30 p.m. onwards.

Festivals
The festivities dedicated to the Apostle, the patron saint of Santiago, of Galicia and of all of Spain, last for about a fortnight. This festival combines religious and official solemnity, tradition and entertainment, which turn the entire city into a large fiesta.
July 24th and 25th are the two main days. On the night of July 24th there is an impressive firework display in honour of the Apostle, visible from different points in the city.
