The Eugenio Granell Foundation hosts until 17 January the exhibition Montaña sobre montaña. Saltamontes by artist Lúa Gándara, curated by Eduardo Valiña. The show presents the work developed by the artist during her residency in the 9th edition of the Foundation’s Artista en Residencia programme.
Lúa Gándara’s project moves across different artistic languages —from painting to performance and sound— to create a vibrant space full of rhythm, colour and movement. The artist combines signs and symbols that engage with everyday life and collective experience, using humour as an expressive and emotional tool. The result is an open, collaborative structure that brings together other creators and practices, expanding the dialogue towards the public, the urban and the vital.
