The exhibition ‘Lo que cabe en una almendra’ by the artist Lara Pintos, from A Coruña, shows a very personal vision of the city of Santiago de Compostela.
A look at different places in the historic quarter that evoke the artist's own experiences. Exterior transit spaces, such as alleyways or arcades, coexist in this exhibition with scenes set in warmer locations, such as the intimacy of a café, all of them real settings in the heart of the city of Santiago, to be precise, within its medieval quarter. Scenes that seem to evoke in the spectator the words of Gaston Bachelard ‘in the reveries of the corner one can be another’.
