XI Carreira Camiño das Letras
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the XI Carreira Camiño das Letras will take place—a race that combines sport, culture, and symbolism. The main 15 km event starts at Pico Sacro and follows the Camiño do Sueste to the Cidade da Cultura. There will also be a 5 km race through the Gaiás and the Bosque de Galicia, along with children's races for categories from sub6 to sub16. Organized by Xurdir in collaboration with the Consellería de Cultura, Lingua e Xuventude, this initiative commemorates the Día das Letras Galegas by promoting language and heritage through sport
