This exhibition tries to show that more animalistic side in which we see a West who knows his own end, and whose work takes the spectator into a world of uneasiness. The unsettling is present through the fragmentation of the paintings, which allows the author to play with different themes in the same work. In this way, and always bearing in mind the vestige of death, Philip West plays with raw sexuality, insects and nature, creating a discouraging world in which the ordinary flows with the unusual.

Festivals
The Festa do Banquete de Conxo will count on the tourist train, which will be available to citizens and visitors for free transfers between the Alameda, in the city centre, and the neighbourhood of Conxo.
The 2025 Ascensión Festivities will fill Compostela with music, activities, and tradition during the last week of May. This celebration, one of the most beloved by the people of Santiago, returns with open-air concerts, children’s shows, traditional markets, fairground rides in the Alameda, and exhibitions of Galician folk culture.
