The Professional Association of Tourist Guides of Galicia (APIT-Galicia) organizes one more year, in celebration of the World Tourist Guide Day, free guided tours.
With these free tours and with the hagstag #ITGDay on social networks, they want to give visibility to the collective. With the slogan ‘more than a guide, a commitment’ they want to highlight their work and profession as agents of change for responsible tourism.

Festivals
Forth edition of this festival, which is an encounter with the local community and the rock heritage of the area through local and sustainable cultural proposals.
The festivities dedicated to the Apostle, the patron saint of Santiago, of Galicia and of all of Spain, last for about a fortnight. This festival combines religious and official solemnity, tradition and entertainment, which turn the entire city into a large fiesta.
July 24th and 25th are the two main days. On the night of July 24th there is an impressive firework display in honour of the Apostle, visible from different points in the city.

Concert held every year on the Day of Padrón de Santiago, as part of the Festivities of the Apostle 2025.
A series of concerts, framed within the framework of the Apostle's Festivities, in which classical music becomes a compass and landscape, leading us along deep and resonant emotional paths.
