After attending prestigious European training centres and specialising in the performance of historical keyboards, this Galician musician has been developing an intense concert career as a soloist, as a member of chamber ensembles or in collaboration with symphony orchestras, with which he has participated in important festivals and concert halls.
The proposed programme aims to pay tribute to some of the most distinguished monuments of Iberian keyboard music from the 16th to the 18th centuries through a varied selection of pieces, between the human and the divine, ranging from the late Renaissance to early classicism.
Works by the most outstanding Portuguese and Hispanic composers of this period will be performed, composers who were at the same level as their colleagues were producing at the same historical moment in other artistic fields, such as literature or painting.
