Chocolate
We celebrate the 17th anniversary of the library with the show and workshop Chocolate by Teatro Calavera. The chef Antón and the pastry chef Tomasa come to the library to show us how much fun it is to cook with friends, to excel together and to dare to take on new challenges. Tomasa tells us how they won the ‘Máster Comellón’ award thanks to their original recipe Brocheta de frutas de la casa recubierta de chocolate fondue.
After the story, we will have a chocolate cooking workshop with the audience.
In the assembly hall. For 25 children from 3 to 10 years old. Each of them can be accompanied by an adult. Those interested must collect their treat at the Information desk 30 minutes before the start of the activity.

Festivals
The Festa do Banquete de Conxo will count on the tourist train, which will be available to citizens and visitors for free transfers between the Alameda, in the city centre, and the neighbourhood of Conxo.
The 2025 Ascensión Festivities will fill Compostela with music, activities, and tradition during the last week of May. This celebration, one of the most beloved by the people of Santiago, returns with open-air concerts, children’s shows, traditional markets, fairground rides in the Alameda, and exhibitions of Galician folk culture.
