Pentación Espectáculos – Camino a la Meca

An elderly, free-spirited, and nonconformist woman decides to challenge the social conventions of her time to defend her independence, creativity, and personal way of understanding life. Inspired by the real figure of Helen Martins, Camino a la Meca is a moving story about the struggle for personal freedom, the courage to be different, and the need to find light even in times of darkness.

Directed by Claudio Tolcachir and performed by Lola Herrera, Natalia Dicenta, and Carlos Olalla, the play offers an intense human portrait where friendship, love, and rebellion intertwine, inviting reflection on authenticity and the right to live according to one’s own desires.
