Guided walk through the Castiñeiriño neighbourhood promoted by the Asociación Fonte da Virxe, Amigos do Castiñeiriño and the Centro Sociocultural do Castiñeiriño. Activity framed in an action entitled ‘Castiñeiriño with mental health’.
The walk is open to all citizens, with the aim of sharing an inclusive gathering moment among neighbors, people affected by mental illnesses, and their families.
During the route, unique spaces of Castiñeiriño will be introduced, promoting connection with the environment and with people. The 4 km route will be accessible and adapted for all kinds of people and physical abilities.

Festivals
Forth edition of this festival, which is an encounter with the local community and the rock heritage of the area through local and sustainable cultural proposals.
The festivities dedicated to the Apostle, the patron saint of Santiago, of Galicia and of all of Spain, last for about a fortnight. This festival combines religious and official solemnity, tradition and entertainment, which turn the entire city into a large fiesta.
July 24th and 25th are the two main days. On the night of July 24th there is an impressive firework display in honour of the Apostle, visible from different points in the city.
