From Friday, 28 November, to Monday, 5 January, visitors can enjoy the impressive Nativity scene created and installed by the craftsman José Uzal: more than 500 figures make up this display, which includes various scenes, moving pieces, and special lighting and sound effects.
Adding to its charm is the Church of San Fiz itself, a key site in Santiago’s foundation history, whose tympanum features a beautiful Gothic depiction of the Epiphany or Adoration of the Magi.
An initiative promoted and organised by Santiago de Compostela Tourism, with the collaboration of the Archdiocese of Santiago and the Mercado de Abastos.
