Santiago (é)Tapas, the city's tapas competition, is the perfect opportunity to discover the quality of the city's gastronomy, as it allows you to discover in small doses the range of possibilities that Compostela offers to lovers of good food.
REGISTRATION PERIOD OPEN 15 NOVEMBER-10 JANUARY 2024: Registration period for hospitality establishments interested in participating from 15 November to 10 January. Both the competition rules and the registration form will be available on the website santiagoetapas.gal. The competition is open to all catering establishments located in the municipality of Santiago de Compostela that wish to take part, provided that they hold the appropriate licences.
15 FEBRUARY TO 3 MARCH: The competition will be held and the awards ceremony.
