On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, we are hosting a garment embroidery workshop led by Lúa Mosquetera, the creator of the embroidery club in A Coruña and Santiago since 2016.

We will embroider the verse by Rosalía de Castro “Tecín soia a miña tea”, giving it new strength on a garment: t-shirt, shirt, sweatshirt, jacket… whichever you feel like bringing.

No prior experience is required, as we will learn basic stitches and start from scratch. All materials are included except the garment, which you should bring yourself.

Activity aimed at adult audiences. There are 15 places. Those interested may collect their invitation at the library’s information desk from 30 minutes before the start of the activity.
