O traxe novo do rei
We celebrate the Theatre Day with the puppet show ‘O traxe novo do rei’ by Tarabelos. A special suit, for a special king. That new and magic suit promised to be an incomparable whim and a perfect tool to know the level of intelligence of any inhabitant of the court. Could it be true? Would it work? In a way it would; but not in the way he expected. Tarabelos employs the technique of illustrated storytelling with mouth puppetry, table puppetry and miniatures.
In the assembly hall. For children from 3 to 8 years old. The entrance is free until the capacity of the hall is full.

Festivals
The Festa do Banquete de Conxo will count on the tourist train, which will be available to citizens and visitors for free transfers between the Alameda, in the city centre, and the neighbourhood of Conxo.
The 2025 Ascensión Festivities will fill Compostela with music, activities, and tradition during the last week of May. This celebration, one of the most beloved by the people of Santiago, returns with open-air concerts, children’s shows, traditional markets, fairground rides in the Alameda, and exhibitions of Galician folk culture.
