Novas promesas da guitarra 2025
The library provides the space for the recital Novas promesas da guitarra 2025. Audition of guitar students of the Professional Conservatory of Santiago together with their teacher Xosé Antonio Rodríguez. The program will consist of works by J. S. Bach, Fernando Tárrega, Fernando Sor and Leo Brouwer among other surprises.
In the auditorium. Admission is free until the capacity of the hall is reached.

Festivals
The festivities dedicated to the Apostle, the patron saint of Santiago, of Galicia and of all of Spain, last for about a fortnight. This festival combines religious and official solemnity, tradition and entertainment, which turn the entire city into a large fiesta.
July 24th and 25th are the two main days. On the night of July 24th there is an impressive firework display in honour of the Apostle, visible from different points in the city.
