From 20 December, the Paseo Central de la Alameda will host a leisure area for all ages where you will find an ecological ice rink, a climbing wall, different games and film screenings.
- Every day from 11.00 to 14.00 h and from 17.00 to 20.30 h.
- 23, 26, 27 and 30 December and 2 and 3 January, closing at 7 p.m. and opening at 7.30 p.m. for the film activity ‘Lights, camera... Christmas!’.
- 24 and 31 December: mornings only.
- 25 December, 1 and 6 January: closed.

Festivals
The “Xenerais da Ulla” is the most outstanding feature of the Ulla region’s traditional Carnival. It has been held in the surroundings of Santiago since the first half of the 19th century: the “Xenerais” (generals) ride on horseback, dressed in colourful military garments similar to those of that time, but they also include purely carnivalesque adornments, which the horses also wear.
