Lorca en Compostela

The exhibition, called 'Lorca en Compostela', is curated by the editor and writer Henrique Alvarellos and is structured in ten sections with more than 80 pieces and documents, lent by 25 institutions and individuals, some of which are being exhibited to the public for the first time.

It is the first time in history that all this documentation is gathered around Lorca and Santiago, an author who came to define himself, on a trip to Buenos Aires, as a "Galician poet". A writer who also showed his admiration for Rosalía de Castro, which was evident from his first beginnings as a writer. Eduardo Blanco Amor would go so far as to say that Lorca was "fulminated" by Compostela.
