In July, Compostela Convive will focus on gastronomy, with three sessions held at the Gastrocultural Classroom in the Mercado de Abastos, offering a chance to discover small dishes from different countries around the world.

The first session, on July 3, will be a kimchi workshop—a traditional Korean dish—led by Sara Kim from the restaurant NuMaru. On July 10, Tomás Rubio from the restaurant A Viaxe will take over with a tasting of Peruvian and Galician cuisine. The final session, on July 17, will feature a tasting of traditional Senegalese dishes with Kike Piñeiro from A Horta d’Obradoiro, joined by Moussa Fall and Cissokho Sadio, culinary students at C.I.F.P. Compostela.

All sessions will take place at 7:00 p.m., are free of charge, but limited to 15 participants. Prior registration is required via email at compostelaconvive@gmail.com
