On the occasion of the European Day of Languages, the Library of Galicia is organising the theatrical performance As palabras perdidas (As lost words). This is a versatile theatre show, a proposal that encourages people to speak Galician in a fun, dynamic and modern way, and that highlights the language, sayings and stories of Galicia. We will get to know those words that are most hidden!

Plot
The Countess Colorada and her assistant Leocadiof are travellers from far away. The Countess, a well-known storyteller with international fame, is about to tell her favourite story but, when she opens the book, she finds out that her tale is full of holes. Very important words are missing, words like "ganapan", "vagalume" or "verme". The words have fled from the story, erased for lack of use. Only by using them again will they return to the story.
