The inauguration is a performative metaphor for stagnation: the music never stops, the canapés harden and time stands still. The scenario is always familiar: visitors arrive, perceive a party already underway and feel that they have arrived late, but the reality is that The Inauguration never ends up being inaugurated.
This action, which is itself an artistic piece, is staged as a celebration where the attendees are an integral part of it. The remains of the social act, the arrangement of the objects and the collective memory endow the space with life. As an immersive experience, the audience is immersed in an evening of apparent abandonment where the pieces by Los Bravú, Lúa Gándara, Francisco Ramallo, Miguel Scheroff and Francesc Rosselló highlight the idea of suspended temporality.
