A Galicia do presente
The artistic installation A Galicia do presente, is an initiative of the project of dynamization of the emergent Galician culture Galicia Latente, promoted by Eduardo de Martís and based on the homonymous study-book of photographic collection and dissemination.
The art installation on view at the Museum is composed of three central pieces that support a selection of photographs featuring images of Galician culture, contextualized in a reflection on the challenges and opportunities we are experiencing.

Festivals
The Festa do Banquete de Conxo will count on the tourist train, which will be available to citizens and visitors for free transfers between the Alameda, in the city centre, and the neighbourhood of Conxo.
The 2025 Ascensión Festivities will fill Compostela with music, activities, and tradition during the last week of May. This celebration, one of the most beloved by the people of Santiago, returns with open-air concerts, children’s shows, traditional markets, fairground rides in the Alameda, and exhibitions of Galician folk culture.
