The Hotel Restaurante Asador de Roxos complex is located 4 km from Santiago, on the road to Noia, in a rural setting surrounded by gardens and housed in a building dating from 1815.
The hotel has 7 rooms, tapas bar area, restaurant with barbecue and wood-fired oven, and a range of private dining rooms. It also features a terrace, garden, terrace for smokers and private car park.
The complex has what is possibly the largest bread oven in Galicia, restored as a dining room with seating for twelve.
The restaurant prepares the best Galician meats, as well as the best charcoal-grilled fish and the best seafood from the Costa da Morte, seasonal produce (game, eels, lamprey, ham foreleg with turnip tops, tuna…) and a wide variety of homemade desserts, all washed down with a magnificent selection of wines.
