The Pozo do Boi swimming area, better known as “Playa de Vilatuxe”, is located in a natural setting on the River Deza. It features two leisure areas on each riverbank, connected by an old flagstone bridge. In the first area there is a green space for sunbathing and in the other, a carballeira (oak grove) with a recreational area.

The area is equipped with different services such as toilets, bar, barbecues, stone tables and benches, and a small children’s playground.
