The swimming area of O Abeseiro de Toiriz is located on the banks of River Arnego. It is a beautiful natural spot that features two bathing areas: for children and adults.

The River Arnego flows into the Portodemouros reservoir. The area features stone tables and barbecues. There is also a rock inscription that has been declared a Resource of Cultural Interest. It belongs to Os Sobreirais do Arnego and also forms part of a trekking route.
