Gastronomy programme

In addition to processions and religious services, Santiago de Compostela’s Holy Week also features original gastronomy initiatives: the traditional “Festa Gastronómica da Uña” (Pig’s Trotters Festival), which is held just before Easter, and the taste of Lenten confectionery and cuisine in bakeries, bars and restaurants.
