It was built in 1717, maybe using plans by Domingo de Andrade, before the first distribution processes of the so-called 'Campo de Santa Susana' (Saint Susana’s field). The façade was improved later, but the main characteristic features were preserved according to the baroque model, so characteristic of Galician churches. The clasp of the atrium, with a stone base and finished by a small grille, dates from the end of the 20th century.
