The new project of the 'Luisa Pita Art Gallery' was born as a result of the continuity of the ‘Bus Station Space Gallery’, founded and directed by Luisa Pita from 2012.
The space for the art Os Catro Gatos, opened its doors in February 2017 from the hands of plastic artists Inés Silvalde and Delio Sánchez . The place has a workshop and an exhibition room in which a selection of mostly Galician and European artists are shown. This space also hosts the activities of the Maxenta Cultural Association (cultural activities and various artistic workshops).
The Nordés Gallery, inaugurated in December 2017, is the newest on the city's artistic scene. A space dedicated to contemporary art in its multiple manifestations, it seeks to generate an appropriate environment for various artistic projects, paying special attention to new creators and establishing collaborative relationships with other professionals in the sector, thus transcending the physical limits of the gallery space.
After 10 years in the emblematic Praza da Quintana in Santiago de Compostela, the Metro Gallery begins a new stage in 2018 on Rúa Xeneral Pardiñas in the Ensanche, with the intention of filling a void in this important residential and commercial area of the city, offering a quality programme that will accommodate the most up-to-date art.
