The Fachal Bakery is a small family company founded in 1980 in Sergude (Boqueixón), where it now has a factory and shop.
From its origin, it has made artisan bread with the most traditional method, using ferment, local flour and very little yeast. It has gradually incorporated new and modern technological systems, thanks to which it can satisfy any order, no matter how big, during the morning.
Every weekend, it makes and sells the tastiest and most varied fish, shellfish and meat pies. Its slogan is: “The most advertised secret: Quality ingredients and onion poached in our own factory.”
Its cake shop features exquisite pies, cakes, “roscones” and “ensaimadas”. You can also order artistic fondant cakes, decorated biscuits and pop cakes.
