Santiago has a wide and diverse gastronomic offer based on the best Galician products and combining traditional and nouvelle cuisine. Santiago (é)Tapas, the city's tapas competition, is the perfect opportunity to discover the quality of the city's gastronomy, as it allows you to discover in small doses the range of possibilities that Compostela offers to lovers of good food.
The 13th edition of Santiago(é)Tapas, which had to be suspended in 2020 due to the restrictions in force during the month of November, is promoted by Turismo de Santiago and organised by the Asociación Hostelería Compostela, and will be held between 11 and 28 November.
Also taking place at the same time will be the second edition of Santiago (é)Coctel, launched in 2019 and which will reward the venues with the best cocktails, both traditional and innovative.
