What colours do we use to depict screams? How do we draw sadness or loneliness? And empathy?
This is possibly a family workshop against male violence, through which you can discover the power of artistic expression together. In this activity, you will have the opportunity to take part in a real treasure hunt inside a museum. Each family will form a team to venture into a game of trials inside the exhibition ‘Other possible stories’ at the Gaiás Centre Museum, and get to know the works of many contemporary female creators who were hidden in the hegemonic narrative of history.

Festivals
The neighbourhood of Vistalegre celebrates its traditional festival of San Xoán from June 21st to 23rd.
June 23rd, the summer solstice, is the magical eve of “San Juan” (St. John’s Day), an ancient fiesta that is present in all cultures, marking the beginning of the summer, the time of greatest sunlight, the longest day in the year.
The members of the Cultural Association Cidade Vella have prepared various activities in several squares of Compostela’s Old Town to celebrate the most magical night of the year. There will be music, sardiñadas (grilled sardines), snacks, quitameigallos (ritual bonfires), dance groups, foliadas (traditional music gatherings), DJs and, above all, lots of partying.
Five days of music, dance, theatre, big-heads, reading, storytelling, science and much more in one of Santiago's most unique neighbourhoods.
