The composer and multi-instrumentalist from Vigo Lucía Martínez comes to Gaiás to present her latest album accompanied by three musicians and friends - João Pedro Brandão, Pedro Neves and Carl Minnemann - with whom she forms the Lucía Martínez Cuarteto, a project born out of friendship at the Jazz School in Oporto more than 12 years ago.

The repertoire they will perform at the Matinales Musicales de otoño, gathered under the title "Calma y algo más", is a tribute to the present moment, an invitation to close our eyes and breathe, searching for that calmness that fills life with light.

Eight original pieces that draw from a wide range of music, the same music that Lucía Martínez explores throughout her career: folk, classical music, flamenco, world-music and, of course, jazz, among many others.
