Inventio
Inventio is a creation for family audiences full of humour, mystery and fantasy; a sensory journey at a dizzying pace and with echoes of futuristic cinema, which will visit 15 stages in Galicia, Spain and Portugal from September 2022 to January 2023.
Illusionism, levitations, balancing acts, juggling, aerial acts, audiovisual animation, compositions of traditional Galician music fused with electronic sounds... All this and much more is Inventio, the show for family audiences that can be seen in the four performances that the Auditorio de Galicia will host over a weekend. It is a creation that overflows with humour, mystery and fantasy, in which comedy and drama, dance, illusionism and circus arts coexist; a sensory experience at a dizzying pace and with echoes of the futuristic cinema of Stanley Kubrick, Ridley Scott or Denis Villeneuve, which is nothing more than "a journey towards all that makes us human: our capacity to feel".

The “Xenerais da Ulla” is the most outstanding feature of the Ulla region’s traditional Carnival. It has been held in the surroundings of Santiago since the first half of the 19th century: the “Xenerais” (generals) ride on horseback, dressed in colourful military garments similar to those of that time, but they also include purely carnivalesque adornments, which the horses also wear.
The natural region of a Ulla features an original rural carnival, whose record goes back to the mid-19th century.
