Gorka Urbizu
Hasiera Bat' (A Beginning) is the first album that Gorka Urbizu has signed under his own name. After 25 years at the helm of Berri Txarrak, the musician from Navarre is committed to beauty and rawness, and proposes a journey to the very heart of the song.
Fleeing from any temptation to add layers and layers of sound, the author chooses the opposite path: there seems to be a premise throughout the album of stripping and emptying the songs until they are left in their minimum expression. Beautiful. Raw. Pure. That's what makes them tough as rocks, fragile as a leaf in the wind.

Festivals
The festivities dedicated to the Apostle, the patron saint of Santiago, of Galicia and of all of Spain, last for about a fortnight. This festival combines religious and official solemnity, tradition and entertainment, which turn the entire city into a large fiesta.
July 24th and 25th are the two main days. On the night of July 24th there is an impressive firework display in honour of the Apostle, visible from different points in the city.
