Festival Acento
The Fundación SGAE, at the initiative of the Consejo Territorial SGAE Galicia, presents the fifth edition of the Acento festival. Musical creation in Galicia is experiencing a generalised boom in different styles, and this programme aims to offer a representation of the current scene. Acento integrates the new pop of Carlos Ares, the retranca of De Vacas and two values of the Laboratorio de Creación Musical de Fundación SGAE Galicia: Carolina Rubirosa and Gargantúa. The party will be closed by Abraham Boba, leader of León Benavente, offering a DJ session.
The event, which commemorates International Music Day, will be held on the SGAE terrace in Santiago de Compostela (Parque Vista Alegre) on Friday 21 June from 19:00. The event is free and open to the public and is supported by the Xunta de Galicia through the Axencia Galega das Industrias. Culturais (AGADIC).

The Festa do Banquete de Conxo will count on the tourist train, which will be available to citizens and visitors for free transfers between the Alameda, in the city centre, and the neighbourhood of Conxo.
The 2025 Ascensión Festivities will fill Compostela with music, activities, and tradition during the last week of May. This celebration, one of the most beloved by the people of Santiago, returns with open-air concerts, children’s shows, traditional markets, fairground rides in the Alameda, and exhibitions of Galician folk culture.
