On the occasion of the celebration of International LGTBI Pride Day on 28 June, Compostela Diversa brings together a series of actions and activities to make Santiago a benchmark as a welcoming city, committed to global and inclusive actions that help to advance in the achievement of rights, visibility and the normalisation of the lives of the whole collective.

More than 80 shops, as many bars and restaurants and 35 hotels have already joined the Compostela Diversa initiative, for which they will be given different material such as aprons or tablecloths.

The full programme of this initiative, which will include meetings and debates, music and intervention in the urban space, will be announced in the next few days.

This initiative is promoted by the Concello de Santiago, through the Concellalía de Igualdade and with the special collaboration of Turismo de Santiago and the municipal service of Comercio, and has the support of the Diputación de A Coruña.
